End of April 2019 happened the Lean Challenge organised by Conor Troy in Heidelberg, Germany. As a partner of Conor Troy, I-care had the chance to participate actively in this must-attend event for German industry leaders.

What is the Lean Challenge?
The Lean Challenge is a two-day event that helps to get in touch with other companies with a central focus on lean management and processes. Besides exciting readings and presentations, there is the famous “Lean Challenge” : during 5 hours, about 20 teams from different companies compete against each other in several lean games. The Lean Challenge is inspired by Olympic games and the idea of connecting businesses.

I-plan & I-build : two I-care games about lean processes
At this occasion, the teams from several industries experienced our two business games : I-plan & I-build. These two games are part of the training program offered by I-care. They allow, in a fun way, to train people active in industrial maintenance about shutdown management optimisation, planning & scheduling. The games call on following abilities : strategy, coordination, collaboration and agility.

European Lean Challenge in 2020
Next year, in 2020, thanks to the collaboration between Conor Troy & I-care, the Lean Challenge will become international and will take place in Brussels.
Great challenges offer the perspective of great success. In everyday life, can you easily handle your tasks and can you rely on your teams? Are you successful because you focus on lean management, unlocking the potential of your people and your business? Prepare yourself and come with your best team, compete with the best lean teams and benefit from a unique event.
