Theunissen Technical Trading BV (TTT) is from now on certified for the CSR Performance Ladder level 3. The CSR Performance Ladder is a certification standard for Corporate Social Responsibility. CSR certificate makes sustainable development specific and objectively verifiable.
The CSR Performance Ladder includes the three main themes of People, Planet and Profit; companies need to find a good and responsible working method with attention to its impact on people and the environment, without endangering their own existence. There are 33 indicators which the performance ladder is tested by, in which TTT has proven to be successful.
In the Netherlands, 213 companies are CSR certified. Theunissen Technical Trading is now part of that group. Customizable operate is a core value at TTT. It therefore considers it important that customers are properly informed, both regarding the CSR policies of TTT as regarding the impact on people and the environment of different products and systems. For each product TTT shows on its web page, the efforts carried out by the manufacturer, and which CSR aspects to be found in the products. This simplifies the process of buying based on sustainable criteria.
The CSR Performance Ladder is used in the Netherlands since 2010 and has also been recognized internationally since 2015.
