Herentals, June, 2016 – The Fike Flow Laboratory has successfully completed the mandatory 5-year laboratory certification audit as required by the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
The renewal of Fike’s ASME accreditation, first achieved in 2001, allows the laboratory to continue providing certified test data supporting all capacity certification requirements as required by ASME for Fike pressure relief products.
Representatives from the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors conducted the audit May 23 through May 26. Their report to the ASME will recommend reissuance of laboratory accreditation certificate as well as continued accreditation of Fike’s Authorized Observers.
