As a reaction to the advancing developments in extrusion processes where high melt pressures are inevitable, Maag Pump Systems have further optimized their trudex® gear pump. The robust construction of the new trudex® high pressure gear pump – with a pressure range up to 700 bar – permits operation where existing pumps can not be applied.

The new trudex® copes with the most varied of demands and thus opens up completely new application possibilities for the users. As Maag offer various options, perfect matching to any imaginable application is facilitated. The trudex® can e.g. perfectly be operated for the production of pipings with a minimum use of material.

The trudex® is made of the best materials. The special gear geometry ensures excellent efficiency levels. The innovative bearing design permits higher speeds and thus higher through-put rates.

The most important benefits in brief:
•Deployment in high pressure applications, up to 700 bar
•High product quality and long service life
•Flexible application possibilities as a result of simple retro-fitting
•Constant production at high levels of efficiency
•Robust and compact construction

Accessories:
•Support structure and base frame
•Adapter flanges
•Sensores (pressure and temperature)
•Controllers
•Drives and gearboxes

Options:
•Bores for melt pressure sensor
•Cooling for shaft seals
