Gefran presents a new suite of software to further improve and simplify the use of the Sensormate QE1008-W magnetic mount strain sensor, chosen by many of the leading machine builders and injection moulders to measure column deformation. The signal coming from the sensors is received wirelessly and forwarded via Bluetooth to a PC or mobile devices such as smartphone or tablet. This improvement effectively meets the needs of -smart factories-.
The App has numerous of new features designed to support the user in facilitating data logging and storage processes. The flexible display of the measurement diagram allows dynamic measurements to be made, which can be exported as data files for further processing and analysis. Updates can be made quickly and customer-specific configurations can be made on request.
To offer users of previous models all the benefits of the new system, this receiver and software suite are also available as an upgrade package.
