Energy checks Grundfos & Inventflow
85% of the life cycle costs of a pump consist of energy consumption. In collaboration with Grundfos we carry out energy checks to give you realistic insights of your saving potential if you opt for new energy efficient pumps.

The energy check is performed according to the ISO 14414 Pump Systems Assessment Standard with an accuracy of +/- 10%, based on: pump QH, motor power, operating hours / year, installation year, application and operational needs.

Advantages of our energy checks
Energy checks bring many benefits, including: energy and cost savings, insight into inefficient parts of your process, potential savings and payback time per pump and emission reduction (CO2). These benefits are explained below.

Operational benefits
The energy check gives you insight into the potential energy saving of pumps, translated into a reduction of operational costs at a relatively low investment. Other operational benefits are: reliable operation of your process, low failure rates, reduced down time, reduced repair costs and a complete overview of pumping installations.

Potential savings per pump
You receive an overview of your pumps with detailed information per pump. As you can see below you can think of potential savings, a recommended replacement pump and you get insight into the payback time of your investment.

Impact on the environment
You will receive an overview in which you can see to what extent CO2 emissions are being reduced. The benefits of this are a reduction of impact on the environment, a greener company image and compliance with energy regulations.
