SMED training with free Looxcie

More than 10 years ago MoT developed helmet cams and other systems to make SMED easier to do and to get better insight in breakdowns. We are the first in Europe to use the Looxcie cam for SMED, for making work instructions (SOP`s) and more.

The SMED training is a 2-day practical training to reduce set-up times. You can use this training also to standardize other activities such as cleaning a line, assembling of a machine.
