Besides our extensive standard product range, it is also possible to produce studbolts tailor made.
In our company we have our own production facility with advanced machinery and high-qualified personnel. For chamfer of (stud)bolts there is a special device available which chamfers the end point of the studs precisely to e.g. 45 degrees. This cannot be accomplished by manual chamfering.
In our modern warehouse in The Netherlands, we have a large stock of semi-manufactures in all common materials. This way we can produce fast and completely following your measures. Whether you need standard or coated studs, we can supply it!
We have established ourselves a material certification system, to guarantee full traceability of our end products. Furthermore we are ISO 9001 approved and authorized to produce 3.1 and 3.2 certificates.
