Following customers` request, GEMÜ has included a manually operated globe valve in its product range. The new valve is a combination of the new globe valve bodies (types 530, 532, 534) and the 507 bonnet.
– The new valve type GEMÜ 537 is available in nominal sizes DN 15-50.
– Materials: cast stainless steel 1.4408 and SG iron GGG 40.3 (EN-GJS-400-18-LT).
– Connections available are flanges to EN 1092/PN 16 form B, length EN 558-1, series 1 and flanges to the standard for PN 25.
– The valve bodies can be retrofitted with pneumatic actuators of types 530 – 534 if required.
– The maximum operating pressure for sizes DN 15 – 40 is 25 bar, for DN 50 16 bar.
– The standard version can be used up to 180°C due to the standard PTFE gland packing. Versions for higher temperatures and other seals are available on request.
– An ATEX version of the valves is also available on request.
