UE Systems invites you to a comprehensive Ultrasound CAT I Training class that will aid you in significantly improving your predictive maintenance program and implement a world class ultrasound program at your facility.
We will start again with physical classroom training, naturally following the 1.5 meter rule from the RIVM.
OVERVIEW
The 4½-day training consists of four days of theory/practical and a half day for review and the exam.
UE Systems CAT I and CAT II courses are in accordance with ISO 18436-8 which sets the standard for condition monitoring and diagnosis of machines.
During the training the following topics will be covered:
– Airborne/Structure Borne Ultrasound Technology;
– Leak detection, mechanical & electrical inspections;
– Compressed air leak surveys, condition-based lubrication, steam trap inspections, bearing analysis;
– How to improve asset availability and profitability;
– Reporting through specialized software;
– How to reduce and save on energy consumption.
