Hosokawa Micron, global supplier of process equipment and systems for the powder and bulk processing industry, has recently expanded its service fleet with nine brand new Renault vehicles, to provide a growing customer base with outstanding after sales service. Hosokawa Micron’s service team offers technical support – from repairs, maintenance and spare parts service to preventive maintenance, retrofitting, upgrading and refurbishment of powder process equipment. For emergencies, the service team is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. To be able to respond quickly and adequately to customer requests, having a reliable service fleet is critical. That’s why one of Hosokawa Micron’s main criteria for selecting new vehicles were the dealer’s after sales. The selection process ultimately led to the local Renault dealer. After a successful test drive on a real service assignment, which included carrying materials to Frankfurt, Hosokawa Micron opted for 8 Renault Trafic L1H1 Luxe vans and 1 Renault Mégane Estate. With this addition, Hosokawa Micron’s fleet has reached a total of thirty vehicles and is well-equipped to continue and expand its after sales activities.
