Pirtek, Europe’s leading provider of on-site hydraulic hose replacement, has today expanded its operations into France with the acquisition of Allo’Flexs, a hydraulic hose replacement business based in Bonduoufle, Paris. This is Pirtek’s first step towards building a full national network to serve businesses in France over the next five years.
The acquisition will also see an immediate investment in the Allo’Flexs operation to extend the capabilities of the team, create improved systems, and provide customers with an enhanced service. This will include a significant overhaul of the technical support of the business, building on the customer relationship and operational systems already employed by Pirtek across the rest of its centres throughout Europe.
Franck Cot will continue as president of Allo’Flexs with the support of the senior team at Pirtek Europe. As the French operation grows, a management structure will be created in France to support the development of national network with Pirtek Europe providing its expertise and additional funding.

The business serves customers in industries as broad as agriculture, aviation, marine, construction and food and beverage. The business is in an active growth phase in France and across Europe and would also be interested to hear from other business owners who would make good partners for Pirtek or would like to be considered for acquisition.
